Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a product and transformation professional to drive the RM Marketing and Servicing journey, translating business processes into digital solutions.

You will work with product owners, engineers, operations, and designers across geographies to deliver end-to-end changes that improve employee and customer experiences, with a focus on agility and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in building software products and business process re-engineering.
  • Front office experience preferred.
  • Desire to build amazing products and services.
  • Confident communicator with relationship-building skills to influence change.
  • Adaptable and resilient in uncertain situations.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Agile development.

Responsibilities

  • Complement Product Owners in the ideation, design, development, and launch of digital solutions to enhance employee/customer experience.
  • Develop transformation strategy with cross-functional teams and manage the corresponding workstreams / projects.
  • Re-engineer policies and processes before digitalisation and automation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer; integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and build strong relationships with users to facilitate smooth transitions during rollouts, ensuring adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Advance the innovation and digital culture, manage the transformation actively and provide the right solutions without over-engineering.

How it works

Develop & drive the transformation of the RM Marketing and Servicing Journey. Key to this role is being able to understand business processes, identify improvement areas and work with external vendors, or teams of functional specialists comprising of existing product owners, engineers, operations, and designers across geographies to ensure the seamless delivery of an end-to-end solution that fits the needs of our business.

What you do

Who you are
  • 3+ years of experience in building software products and business process re-engineering
  • Possesses previous front office experience (eg. Relationship Managers) will be preferred
  • A demonstrated and focus desire to build amazing products and services
  • Confident communicator with the interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence change internallyAdaptable and resilient in unpredictable and ambiguous situations
  • An analytical mindset and meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Working knowledge of Agile development framework
