Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units to gather, analyse, and document product and integration requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business rules and regulatory guidelines
  • Support product backlog refinement and sprint planning in an agile environment
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist with partner onboarding and integration testing
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure adherence to regulatory and operational standards
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital product environments, with a preference for insurance or financial services
  • Well-versed in agile methodologies, including sprint planning
  • Strong analytical capabilities and documentation skills
