Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks an individual for a quantity surveying role, emphasizing modern digital skills and sustainability in MEP and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include participating in tenders, cost estimation, and procurement management. Ideal candidates have relevant degrees, strong analytical skills, and are keen on learning. Fresh graduates are encouraged, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP/HVAC/ACMV is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of modern digital solutions such as RPA and AI/ML is beneficial.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the tendering process to bid for projects.
• Collect data for cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and procurement.
• Work with the Contract Manager on contract and tender documents.
