If you are experienced in delivering and developing exciting integrated media solutions while managing the day-to-day planning, buying, implementation, optimization, and reporting to meet client objectives, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Media Director in ensuring high client satisfaction scores by maintaining a pulse on the relationship
  • Lead the daily operations of the account with clients and agency partners
  • Build and maintain relationships at appropriate levels within client organizations
  • Possess knowledge of digital channels, including tracking, web analytics, trafficking, and SEO
  • Manage platform experience in Social, Search, and/or Programmatic campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, and management
  • Develop strategies and provide in-depth recommendations based on analytics, marketing, and research concepts
  • Oversee daily workflow of client campaigns, coordinating with creative agencies and media owners to achieve campaign goals
  • Organize and delegate tasks, being sensitive to the needs of reporting staff and working across buying and planning issues
  • Identify opportunities to generate revenue from existing relationships and leverage cases to create new relationships
  • Mentor and develop team members
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a media agency
  • Familiar with digital media and capable of thinking across the media mix, with hands-on experience with various technology platforms, especially CPAS campaigns
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
  • Solid understanding of media terminology and concepts
  • Commercial acumen
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in mentoring and managing junior planners/executives
