A leading digital marketing firm in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop strategic marketing plans and lead multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of experience in digital strategy and brand management, with a strong command of marketing tools and a proven record of managing substantial budgets. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and team collaboration, requiring fluency in English and preferably Mandarin.
A. Strategic & Brand Planning
Develop annual and quarterly digital marketing roadmaps for Singapore and Malaysia.
Define brand positioning, audience segmentation, and campaign priorities aligned with Rigel’s premium positioning.
Translate corporate objectives into local marketing plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and deliverables.
Balance long-term brand building (awareness and affinity) with short-term performance (sales and lead generation).
B. Campaign Leadership & Budget Management
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, and Lazada.
Manage a total budget of SGD 700K / RM 200K to ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital Marketing (Content) to ensure message consistency and creative quality.
Supervise the Malaysia Strategist and Assistant for seamless campaign execution and alignment.
Lead weekly performance reviews to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
C. Digital Transformation & Marketing Automation
Digitize the entire marketing funnel — from lead generation → nurturing → quotation → purchase → aftersales.
Integrate key platforms (HubSpot, GA4, Data Studio, Meta CRM, POS/e-commerce) into one unified performance dashboard.
Implement automated lead scoring, CRM tagging, and marketing attribution to connect marketing spend with actual sales.
Collaborate with IT and Sales teams to ensure data accuracy and seamless lead-to-sales tracking.
D. Strategic Partnerships & Brand Collaborations
Initiate co-marketing partnerships with brands such as Atome, Bosch, and premium home/lifestyle partners.
Develop joint campaigns, showroom activations, and influencer collaborations to increase brand reach and conversions.
Build long-term relationships with interior design studios, developers, and lifestyle influencers.
E. Market Intelligence & Analytics
Build and manage monthly dashboards tracking marketing performance, budget utilization, and ROAS.
Identify growth opportunities, channel innovations, and creative optimizations through data insights.
Conduct quarterly competitor benchmarking (Kohler, Grohe, Hansgrohe, TOTO, etc.).
Lead post-campaign reviews to extract insights and improve future ROI.
F. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor the Malaysia marketing team, including the Strategist, Assistant, and Design members.
Work closely with the Singapore-based Digital Marketing Head to ensure creative and strategic alignment.
Manage designer workload (2 dedicated + 3 shared) to meet campaign deadlines and business priorities.
Cultivate a performance-driven, data-informed, and creative team culture.
At least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
6–10 years’ experience in digital strategy, growth marketing, or brand management.
Proven success managing multi-market campaigns and budgets exceeding SGD 500K.
Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Business Center, GA4, HubSpot, and automation tools.
Experienced in leading cross-border teams and collaborating with creative, sales, and IT functions.
Strategic, commercially minded, and data-driven with excellent communication and project management skills.
Fluency in English required; Mandarin preferred for regional coordination.
