Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales across digital platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical know-how to build a strong online community and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our grocery retail and trading services.
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, etc.) and create engaging content.
  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive online and offline store traffic.
  • Optimise website and online listings for SEO to improve search visibility.
  • Design and schedule promotional posts, newsletters, and campaigns during festive seasons or product launches.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Search Console.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and propose innovative marketing ideas suited for the retail and grocery sector.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver within deadlines.
