A leading lifestyle and character brand in Southeast Asia is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to grow its online and offline presence. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience working with licensed character products or similar branded merchandise, who can bring passion and insight to brand campaigns.

📍 Location: Central area
🕰️ Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
đź’° Salary: Up to $4,500/month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, plan, and execute engaging content across social media channels and the company’s webpage.
  • Develop creative ideas, visuals, and copywriting that align with the brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enrich the content library and build digital portfolios.
  • Develop impactful campaigns, track KPIs (reach, followers, engagement) and prepare wrap-up reports.
  • Support event/product launches, offline campaigns, and in-store activations with integrated online-offline initiatives.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in driving marketing strategy and update stakeholders (licensees, retailers, agents) regularly.
  • Track regional marketing and trade expenses, ensuring efficient use of budget and proper documentation.
  • Manage regional marketing assets and support administration tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, brand promotion, or marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with licensed character products, merchandise, or similar branded products is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to operate independently; resourceful and proactive problem‑solving skills.
  • Positive, outgoing, hands‑on attitude with keen interest in character brands.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
