Overview

Job Responsibilities:


The Digital Marketing (Senior) Executive plays a key role in building and amplifying the presence of Oaks Plus Limited’s preschool brands, including 7oaks Preschool. This role focuses heavily on graphic design and content creation across digital platforms, ensuring brand stories are told in an engaging and visually compelling way. He/she will also work closely with marketing agencies to implement campaigns and ensure that digital marketing activities support enrolment, parent engagement and overall brand objectives.


Job Description

Graphic Design



  • Conceptualise and design marketing collateral such as social media creatives, infographics, carousels, digital ads, eDMs, brochures, flyers, banners and posters

  • Apply strong visual design principles (layout, typography, colours, illustrations, photography, branding) to create clear and impactful collateral.

  • Use graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma

  • Use motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) to design engaging animated content, short-form videos, reels and multimedia assets

  • Maintain and manage brand assets, templates, and design libraries for consistency across all platforms.


Content Creation & Management



  • Create compelling and engaging social media content and articles tailored for various platforms and target audiences

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content that highlights curriculum, employees, events and unique selling propositions of preschool brands under the OPL group

  • Manage website content updates, including blog posts and landing pages

  • Support preschool events such as Playdates, Discover Days and organisation-wide events by creating and curating content pre-, during, and post-event

  • Capture photo/video content on-site


Social Media Strategy & Execution



  • Plan, create, and manage content calendar

  • Execute creative campaigns across FB, IG, LinkedIn in a variety of content formats (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos)

  • Monitor trends in social media and apply them to enhance the brand’s marketing objectives

  • Manage boosted content through budget management, audience targeting and performance optimisation to drive leads, website traffic, event RSVPs and enrolment conversions

  • Manage and grow OPL Preschools’ brand presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)


Agency Liaison & Campaign Optimisation



  • Act as the main point of contact with external marketing agencies in coordinating campaign briefs, content delivery and approvals

  • Provide input and feedback to agencies to ensure ads and campaigns reflect brand identity and objectives

  • Track and review campaign performance with agencies to improve ROI, CPL and lead-to-enrolment conversions


Analytics & Reporting



  • Track performance of organic posts and identify insights and opportunities for content improvement

  • Provide reports on social media reach, engagement and growth, as needed


Offline Marketing



  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams for the production and distribution of offline marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, banners and print advertisements.


Ad-Hoc Duties & Other Responsibilities



  • Undertake other duties as assigned by management that support overall marketing objectives


Requirements



  • Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or related field.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and video editing/motion tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and content creation across digital platforms.

  • Experience managing social media for multiple brands.

  • Basic knowledge of paid media campaign management (boosted posts, ads).

  • Ability to liaise effectively with agencies and internal stakeholders.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects independently.
