Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to manage digital marketing projects and ensure timely delivery. You will coordinate resources and serve as a link between stakeholders and internal teams. Preferred candidates will have project coordination or digital marketing experience, but the role is open to those without industry experience, as training and support are provided. This position offers a competitive salary and a 5-day work week.

Salary and Location
  • Salary: Up to S$3,200 Basic + Bonus
  • Location: Ubi Techpark
  • 5-day work week (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Comprehensive in-depth training and support will be provided.
  • Preferred candidates with project coordination or digital marketing experience.

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will manage digital marketing projects, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery. You will act as a vital link between stakeholders and internal teams to transform marketing visions into reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate digital marketing project activities, resources, and information

  • Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings

  • Break down projects into manageable tasks and set deadlines

  • Assign tasks to internal teams and monitor progress

  • Address issues as they arise and ensure smooth project execution

  • Serve as the main point of contact, communicating project status to all stakeholders

  • Provide administrative support as required

Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • 1–2 years of experience preferred, specifically in project coordination or digital marketing.

  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with file management and administrative procedures.

  • While experience is preferred, the role is open to candidates without industry experience as training is provided.
