  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to grow online presence and customer reach.
  • Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring strong SEO and user experience.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across social media, search engines, and other online channels.
  • Create engaging content (social posts, blogs, newsletters, visuals, videos) to build brand awareness.
  • Manage email marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to management with recommendations.
  • Collaborate with management on marketing direction and business goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Basic design/content skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
