Job description

Digital marketing manager supports the planning, execution, and optimization of the Group’s digital strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive online revenue, and improve customer engagement. This role works closely with hotel marketing teams, brand, revenue management, and external partners to implement digital strategies, manage online platforms, and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives

Responsibilities
1) Digital Marketing & Campaigns

Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Display, SEO, EDM, content marketing).

Collaborate with property teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely rollout of promotional campaigns.

Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Manage digital content calendars, social media posting schedules, and community engagement to increase followers and conversion.

Coordinate creation of visual and written content for digital channels, working with agencies, designers, and photographers.

Manage and review digital marketing budget effectively with appropriate budget allocation for efficient ad spend across channels.

Identify new target segments and develop tailored digital marketing campaigns to reach

Other digital projects as assigned

2) E-Commerce & Website Management

Support management of brand and property websites, ensuring accuracy of content, images, and promotions.

Work with Revenue and Distribution teams to ensure rate parity and proper linkage between booking channels and promotions.

Monitor website analytics and user experience (UX) to enhance conversion rates and booking performance.

Coordinate with IT and vendors on SEO, website enhancements, and digital maintenance requirements.

Assist in the integration and optimization of CRM, loyalty, and booking engines to support online direct sales.

3) Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report key digital and e-commerce KPIs, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

Maintain dashboards and assist in monthly performance presentations.

Identify trends and competitor activities to recommend improvement strategies.

Provide monthly sales reports and updates on all online activity, not limited to the website.

4) Collaboration & Brand Support

Work with all hotels on promotions to increase revenue booked through the Stamford website

Ensure that an integrated approach is taken utilising both on-line and off-line strategies for revenue growth, most appropriately throughout website and e-marketing programs

Liaise with external agencies and internal departments to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

Support the rollout of brand campaigns, initiatives, and social influencer collaborations.

Uphold brand guidelines across all digital assets and communications.

Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or retail industry.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO/SEM tools, and email marketing platforms

Strong understanding of online user behavior, UX principles, and conversion optimization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Basic design and content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous.
