Job Description
  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across Company’s website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), Google Ads, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging both offline and digital channels, to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar, coordinating campaign launches and marketing activities to ensure timely execution and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Managing of social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Develop marketing collaterals, including copyright, design and layout ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and media partners to create and deliver engaging, high-quality, on‑brand marketing campaigns and collaterals.
  • Manage & optimize Company websites to improve user experience, traffic and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve rankings and campaign performance.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost‑effective allocation across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ability to track and analyse campaign performance using analytic tools across all platforms, providing timely reports, insights and recommendation for improvement.
  • Analyse market trends and audience insights, identifying opportunities for campaigns and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and drive to customer engagement.
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably in retail, home appliances, consumer electronics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, best practices, and evolving online landscapes.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, e-commerce marketing, and digital campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee.
  • Experience with managing campaigns, email marketing, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and performance tracking and reporting.
  • Strong creative and copywriting abilities, with the capability to develop compelling content for various target audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Independent, Proactive and Self‑driven, with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for producing impactful and high‑quality work.
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint, JavaScript, HTML, and CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video editing and design tools, including Canva, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, for content creation and simple artwork or video, is highly advantageous.
