Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the company website — ensuring up-to-date content, optimal UX/UI, and strong conversion performance.
  • Lead social media strategy and content creation across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot).
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) and external vendors/agencies to align digital efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer science, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
