At Klarity SG, we’re seeking a Digital Marketing & Live Commerce Executive to strengthen our brand presence and drive growth across online channels.
In this role, you’ll manage paid advertising campaigns, optimize our e-commerce platforms, and take the lead in organizing and hosting live selling sessions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to plan impactful marketing initiatives and ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Drive return on ad spend (ROAS) and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) through structured testing and data-driven optimization.
- Develop compelling ad copy and coordinate with the content team to produce effective creatives for campaigns.
- Manage and update landing pages and website content to ensure a smooth and optimized customer journey.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, including keyword research and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign analytics and provide regular performance insights and improvement recommendations.
2. Live Commerce & E-Commerce Operations
- Plan, organize, and manage live selling events and collaborations with live sellers or influencers.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and activities to maximize visibility and sales during live sessions.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify (product listing, pricing, and promotions).
- Collaborate with distributors and partners on digital sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or live commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of paid media (Meta, Google) and SEO fundamentals.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for managing partners and live selling events.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
