  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
  • Deliver strong results on key goals like ROI, cost-per-acquisition, and lead quality.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive recommendations.
  • Prepare accurate reports, proposals, contracts, and billing records.
  • Track budgets, profitability, and campaign success using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, interns, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Work with SEO, content, and tech teams to create integrated marketing strategies.
  • Help improve internal tools and processes for better efficiency.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and industry trends.
  • Support new business pitches with performance strategies and forecasts.
  • Maintain partner accreditations (Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing, etc.) and help promote the agency through awards and case studies.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of performance marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role within a digital agency.
  • Strong experience managing multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic).
  • Skilled in GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for tracking and reporting.
  • Proven success managing large ad budgets and achieving measurable ROI.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Familiarity with partner accreditation programs (Google Premier, Meta Business, etc.).
  • Strategic thinker interested in automation, AI, and new digital trends.
