• Plan, execute and management digital marketing campaigns across channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Collaborate with agencies and other external vendor partners.
• Keeping track of budgeting and marketing expenses.
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
