Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to: Senior Manager, MarTech & eCommerce
- Individual Contributor
- Regional role covering APAC region (TH, MY, SG, TW, HK, VN)
Customer Relationship Management
- Execute and activate digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to ensure deployment of marketing strategies
- Ability to propose and design digital campaigns to acquire new consumers with relevant content, driving them down to the marketing funnel
- Coordinate campaign launch to ensure all timelines are met by working with all relevant parties internally and externally
- Ability to operate martech tools including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CMS, and analytics software to ensure smooth functioning of marketing activities
- Strong skills in project management to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives.
Content Management System
- Website Operations & Optimization: Manage day-to-day website operations including content updates, UI/UX improvements, and technical maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Project & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead small-scale digital projects (e.g., campaign landing pages), collaborating with cross-functional teams such as brand, regulatory, design, and development.
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Partner with SEO agencies to implement optimization strategies, ensuring best practices are applied to boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor website performance using GA4 and other tools, analyze KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions) and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Content Management & Integration: Oversee the end-to-end content creation process and align website messaging with regional campaigns, product launches, and customer insights.
Analytics
- Design and develop PowerBI dashboard to initiate regular update on the campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization
- Collect and analyse data from multiple marketing platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools) to track campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Support cross-functional team in analysing trends and customer insights to guide decision-making
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with major in Computing/Business Analytics/Science from reputational universities.
- 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or Martech
- Experience with CRM platforms & marketing automation
- Hands-on experiences in campaign management
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytics skills
- BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI
- Experience in tracking digital marketing activities
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Project Management experience
- Experienced candidate must have at least 1-2 years of campaign development, solutions management experience
