We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and motivated Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms — helping to drive traffic, boost engagement, and increase online sales performance.

Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets to achieve maximum ROI and conversion.
  • Create marketing calendars, promotions, and online product launches.
2. Content & Creative
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging visuals, captions, and ad creatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Support the creation of videos, social posts, newsletters, and product highlights.
3. Performance Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
  • Support website content optimization and keyword strategy.
  • Improve search rankings and online visibility through SEO best practices.
5. CRM & Engagement
  • Manage email marketing, remarketing campaigns, and customer database segmentation.
  • Build customer engagement through loyalty and retention strategies.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and data‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
