We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and motivated Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms — helping to drive traffic, boost engagement, and increase online sales performance.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Manage and optimize ad budgets to achieve maximum ROI and conversion.
- Create marketing calendars, promotions, and online product launches.
2. Content & Creative
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging visuals, captions, and ad creatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Support the creation of videos, social posts, newsletters, and product highlights.
3. Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
- Support website content optimization and keyword strategy.
- Improve search rankings and online visibility through SEO best practices.
5. CRM & Engagement
- Manage email marketing, remarketing campaigns, and customer database segmentation.
- Build customer engagement through loyalty and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
