We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and execution. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape SUMII’s digital presence and growth from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic to our website, converting visitors into qualified leads and customers, and growing our social media following.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance advertising.
  • Drive website traffic and optimize conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Meta Pixel.
  • Manage and grow SUMII’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) with a strong content calendar and engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate with creatives and influencers to produce content that tells the SUMII brand story.
  • Launch and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with clear ROI and lead generation goals.
  • Analyze performance and report on key marketing KPIs like traffic, leads, bookings, engagement, and follower growth.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, ideally in hospitality, travel, real estate, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite), SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Comfortable with analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, reels, and influencer collaborations.
  • A self‑starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. (Japanese or Mandarin is a plus.)
