Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to implement data-driven digital marketing strategies and manage content across multiple platforms.

The role requires strong SEO/SEM skills, website management experience, and a solid grasp of personal branding for B2B engagement. You will oversee LinkedIn, social content, and digital campaigns from Ang Mo Kio. Working hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with shuttle from AMK MRT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in website management and video content creation is a plus.
• Understanding of personal branding and B2B engagement.
• Hands-on SEO/SEM, including optimisation, keyword research and search engine marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Lead content creation and social media management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and the company site.
• Write SEO-optimised blog posts and articles to drive organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.
• Boost social media following and engagement with platform-tailored content.
• Develop and execute a LinkedIn-centric marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and manage the company's LinkedIn presence including page updates and campaigns.
• Create content with a creative flair aligned with brand standards and voice.
• Increase social media leads through influencer collaborations and paid ads.
• Maintain and update the company website with latest projects, news and milestones.
• Oversee the company’s IT requirements and setup.
• Operate independently with initiative and accountability.
