Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive (Junior) to develop and execute digital marketing plans. You will increase brand visibility on social media and create engaging content. The ideal candidate will manage marketing cycles and lead a team to achieve targets. Working hours are 10am - 7pm, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and run digital marketing plans to grow the brand's online presence and engagement.
  • Increase brand visibility on social media platforms.
  • Create attractive and on-brand content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Track the performance of digital campaigns and prepare SEO/SEM reports.
  • Work closely with other teams to support overall business goals.
  • Manage the full marketing cycle including planning and execution.
  • Study customer behaviour and market trends for new marketing opportunities.
  • Research competitors and industry changes.
  • Lead the Online Sales and Marketing team to run campaigns.

Digital Marketing Executive (Junior)

Working days: 5 days | 10am - 7pm (Offday Sunday + 1 weekday)
Location: Changi & Orchard
Salary: $2700 - $3000

Job Scope
  • Develop and run digital marketing plans to grow the brand's online presence and engagement.
  • Increase brand visibility on social media platforms like Instagram, FB, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
  • Create attractive and on-brand content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Track the performance of digital campaigns and prepare SEO/SEM reports; share useful insights to improve marketing results.
  • Work closely with other teams like Sales, IT, and Operations to make sure digital efforts support overall business goals.
  • Manage the full marketing cycle, including research, planning, content creation, campaign launch, and performance review.
  • Study customer behaviour and market trends to find new marketing opportunities.
  • Do research on competitors and industry changes.
  • Lead the Online Sales and Marketing team to run campaigns and achieve targets.
