Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring a Financial Education – Creative Funnel Marketer in Singapore. This full-time role operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days WFH, 2 days in-office) with a monthly salary of SGD 3,800–4,200.

Located at Eunos Ave 3, 409839, this position focuses on building high-conversion funnels and compelling marketing assets. Responsibilities include creative concepting, A/B testing, copywriting, and leading campaigns across Meta and Google, with a strong emphasis on ROAS

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder required.
• Minimum one year of digital marketing/advertising/performance marketing experience.
• Preference for interest in financial markets, investing, or trading.
• Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, emails.
• Experience in funnel building and marketing angles.
• Financial services industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and execute campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Build and optimise conversions funnels and run A/B tests to maximise ROAS.
• Translate offers into compelling hooks and messaging to attract and convert.
• Write persuasive direct-response copy for ads, landing pages, emails, etc.
• Conceptualise engaging video ads and coordinate with editors.
• Produce clear creative briefs for designers for ads and landing pages.
• Develop lead-generation assets with content specialists (e-books, reports, courses).
• Leverage Gen AI to accelerate concepting and production of marketing assets.
• Stay ahead of new ad channels, formats, tools, and trends.

(Financial Education – Creative Funnel Marketer)

5 days, 10am-6pm (Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days WFH)

Salary: $3800-$4200

Job responsibilities:

• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and execute performance-driven campaigns on Meta and Google
• Build and optimise conversions funnels, running A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages and sales pages to maximise return on ad spend
• Translate offers and big ideas into compelling hooks and messaging that attract, engage and convert
• Write authentic and persuasive direct-response copy across ads, video scripts, landing pages, sales pages, emails, and more
• Conceptualise thumb-stopping video ads and work closely with video editors to bring them to life — from scripting and storyboarding to post-edit briefs
• Produce clear creative briefs for designers to create visually exciting ads, landing pages and other visual assets
• Work with content specialists to develop lead-generation assets such as e-books, reports and short courses
• Leverage Gen AI tools to accelerate the conceptualisation and production of marketing assets
• Stay ahead of new ad channels, formats, tools and creative trends

Requirements:
