Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop and manage social media content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS) — including reels, stories, posts, and visuals aligned with the brand’s tone and aesthetics.
  • Create and edit short-form video content to showcase our projects, behind-the-scenes moments, and product highlights.
  • Collect and produce content materials on-site — take photos and short videos at project sites or the showroom when required.
  • Track and analyze ad performance, providing insights and optimizations to improve cost-per-lead (CPL), reach, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with external agencies managing Google Ads and SEO to monitor performance and ensure brand messages remain consistent across all online channels.
  • Work closely with the sales and showroom teams to plan and promote seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and group buys.
  • Prepare and supply e-brochures, digital magazines, and marketing materials to the sales team as and when needed to support customer engagement and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Strong interest and passion for social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, and XHS).
  • Proficient in Canva and CapCut (or similar mobile editing apps).
  • Basic Photoshop skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Creative eye for visual storytelling and trends.
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable handling on-site shoots.
  • Interest in home design, interiors, or lifestyle branding is a plus.
