The Role
  • Full spectrum in charge of In-house Brand and E-commerce platforms (Alibaba, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Lead and utilize various departments like customer service, operation, production and design team to achieve sales, smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting Market and Consumer research to identify local consumer demands.
  • Customizing content and products to better meet the demands of local consumers based on market research (Ads, promotions, new products, etc.).
  • Maintaining and updating the company’s website, social media and content marketing.
  • Inventory control.
  • Procurement (sourcing, agreeing to terms, acquiring goods from an external source, making buying decisions).
  • Data analysis (Sales Performance, Costing, ROI, etc.).
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing or E-Commerce.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop & Excel Pivot table.
  • Positive and proactive.
