As we continue to expand our marketing function, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who is driven, resourceful, and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our growing marketing and communication initiatives, working closely with internal teams and marketing agencies.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, organize, and oversee digital marketing campaigns and related initiatives. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities across various platforms in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate digital marketing projects, resources, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Work with external marketing agencies to manage and curate content across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Baidu.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate across departments to align campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Document meeting outcomes, track key action items, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and timely project updates.
  • Provide general administrative, coordination, and ad-hoc sales support to ensure the efficient execution of marketing initiatives and office operations.
Requirements
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media and digital marketing.
  • Familiar with industry-leading digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console).
