About the role
We are seeking a driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Edgeline Planners Pte Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy and execution to support the growth of our business. Based in the Jurong East West Region, you will play a key role in leveraging the latest digital marketing tools and techniques to engage our target audience and deliver measurable results.
Develop and manage digital marketing for media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, etc. as well as designing and editing post contents
Manage day-to-day social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication with customers/followers and handling of feedback.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audience insights and emerging trends
Optimize digital campaigns and content to improve engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Responsible for handling company-generated leads and ensuring proper distribution to the respective designers for further action.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
Experienced in social media campaigns and able to launch Facebook Ads, Google Ads and SEO/SEM.
Preferably knowledge in website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
Proficient in search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and email marketing
Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Familiarity with industry-leading digital marketing tools and platforms
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
