Job Description / Scope:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain company’s website and social media platforms with engaging content
  • Develop SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and rankings
  • Create, monitor, and analyze performance reports using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to produce marketing materials (banners, posts, videos, email newsletters)
  • Support marketing initiatives including events, promotions, and campaigns
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
  • Assist in budget planning and ROI analysis for digital campaigns

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator) or video editing skills is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
