As we continue to grow our international footprint, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Creative Digital Designer (Website & social media) to lead our digital marketing strategy, amplify our brand presence online, and drive qualified traffic and leads through SEO, content marketing, and website optimization.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement strategic SEO initiatives to improve search engine visibility and increase organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply findings to drive high-value content creation.
  • Optimize website content—product pages, blog posts, and landing pages—for both search performance and user experience.
  • Lead technical and content-driven SEO efforts, including link-building, internal structure improvements, and metadata optimization.
  • Oversee the performance and content updates of our WordPress-based website, ensuring technical soundness and aesthetic coherence.
  • Design and update web pages using tools like Elementor.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to monitor site performance and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Stay current with changes to algorithms across platforms like Google and Baidu, and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support business objectives through digital campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas and execute content marketing strategies aligned with our branding goals.
  • Support other digital initiatives as required to ensure a cohesive online presence.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing roles, ideally in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and page builders like Elementor and/or Oxygen.
  • Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for site optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred due to communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Bonus Points
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related platforms.
  • Previous experience working remotely in digital marketing roles.
  • Background in marketing for optical, photonics, or high-tech industries.
