Job description

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 830am -530pm, company transport @clementi

Key Responsibilities

• To support in the development of marketing communication materials online & offline including PowerPoint presentations, company catalogue, product brochure, internet/product advertisements - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers, printers etc.
• To plan and write a wide variety of digital marketing materials under tight deadlines.
• To assist in strategic brand-building activities, synergizing brand building efforts
• To assist in formulating and implementing market strategies to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill.
• To assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and exhibitions
• To develop and present creative ideas and concepts.
• Assist Marketing Manager in marketing and procurement duties.
• Other ad-hoc assignments when required

Qualification & Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communications or in visual communications/ graphic designs or related fields
• Experience in content marketing or a related field
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated and enthusiastic – a ‘self-starter’ with personal drive and energy
• Meticulous and resourceful
• Independent and fast learner with positive working attitude
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Photoshop or other graphic/animation/web designing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator (preferably latest version)
