Qualifications

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English & Mandarin is a pre-requisite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 Apps and social media digital creator.
  • Possess excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably with Customer service/ Sales experience.
  • Self-driven mindset, genuine interest in driving projects forward.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work among different ethnic & cultural groups.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain digital presence of the company's visibility.
  • Update and maintain the company's website.
  • Prepare sales orders and invoices upon receipt of confirmed sales order.
  • Assist with sales presentations and materials preparation.
  • Develop and maintain management system for sales databases.
  • Collaborate with operations, service, and finance teams on sales-related tasks.

Developing & maintenance of digital presence of the Company's visibility in the social media & digital marketing platforms

Updating & Maintenance of Company's website

To prepare sales orders and invoices upon receipt of confirmed sales order.

Assisting with sales presentations and materials preparation

Developing, maintaining and updating of management system for sales databases and sales records

Collaborating with operations, service, and finance teams on sales-related tasks.

Job Requirements
