Position Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on, creative, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Content Creator / Videographer to join our in‑house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content—both visual and written—across social media, ad platforms, and website channels.

The ideal candidate is confident behind the camera and occasionally in front of it, knows how to frame a shot for both TikTok and Meta, and is fluent in the language of reels, hooks, and UGC. Experience in livestreaming is a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Videography: plan, script, film, and edit short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads; produce content independently with own or company equipment; develop formats such as tutorials, product showcases, street interviews, testimonials, and campaign promos; occasionally appear on‑screen.
  • Livestream Support (bonus): host or assist in livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok Shop or Facebook Live; prepare livestream content, product highlights, flow scripts, technical set‑up; engage with the audience in real‑time.
  • Campaign & Web Content Coordination: collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and product launches; support basic content updates for landing pages or promotional sections on the website; contribute to email content and visuals when required.
  • Performance Monitoring: track video and post engagement metrics such as views, shares, CTR, completion rate; keep up with content trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to guide future content planning.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social media marketing.
  • Proven ability to film and edit video independently (short‑form, vertical‑first formats).
  • Skilled in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Strong writing skills with a solid grasp of social media tone and digital storytelling.
  • Comfortable on camera and able to present in a natural, confident, and engaging manner.
  • Familiarity with social platform tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, Creator Studio).
  • Livestreaming experience is a plus (TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, or equivalent).
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and able to handle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced team.
