A leading marketing consultancy in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations across marketing and PR functions. Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams, preparing materials, and managing databases. The ideal candidate should have strong English proficiency and excellent organizational skills. This position offers SGD 12 per hour for 2 full days or 4 half days of work per week.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our marketing and PR functions. You will work closely with our marketing executives to support client deliverables and internal projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate with media, KOLs, influencers, clients, and internal teams to ensure schedules and activities are aligned
  • Prepare project materials, presentations, media decks, and reports
  • Manage and maintain databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
  • Assist in keeping the company’s website, social media platforms, and other digital assets updated
  • Support daily operations across departments as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferably diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Good organisational abilities
  • Attention to detail and good time management
  • Available to work in the office for
    • 2 full days per week
    • 4 half days per week
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • An interest in the F&B industry and a passion for food
