We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketer to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact through compelling content and effective advertising campaigns. This role will focus primarily on content creation and advertising, requiring excellent bilingual communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Job Responsibilities
  • Content Creation
    Develop engaging and informative content (written and visual) for various digital platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), e-newsletters, and marketing materials.
    Translate and adapt content between English and Chinese to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
    Research and identify trending topics and relevant content to maximize reach and engagement.
    Collaborate with internal media teams to gather information, ensure brand consistency and alignment and develop content that aligns with Tzu Chi's mission and values.
  • Advertising
    Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g. social media advertising, Google Ads) to enhance awareness and engagement.
    Develop targeted audience strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    Monitor, analyse campaign performance data and provide recommendations for optimization.
    Manage advertising budgets effectively.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and best practices.
  • Others
    Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
    Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • At least two year of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including paid advertising, Search Engine Optimization and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Chinese as the primary language and English as the secondary language for content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar tools for content creation is a plus.
  • Passion for NGO/VWO work and alignment with Tzu Chi’s mission.
