Job summary

Rolls-Royce is offering an internship in Seletar, Singapore, from January to May/June 2027 with a starting salary of SGD 1,200. You will join the Manufacturing Technology team to develop digital manufacturing technologies and support the Programme Management Office on capability acquisition projects.

You’ll gain hands-on experience by working on IoT data management, factory SQCDP visuals, and collaborative platform solutions for Digital Supply Chain, while learning from experienced colleagues

Qualifications

• University engineering students, especially in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Programme Management, Business and Management.
• Willingness to learn and apply programming languages and digital platforms (e.g. Power Platform, Python, JavaScript, C)
• Passionate, curious, and creative thinker with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
• Lean thinker with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting with data management on the IoT (Internet of Things) platform
• Assisting with maintenance and improvement of the factory SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People) visualisation
• Assisting in implementing collaborative platform solutions for Digital Supply Chain
• Supporting the programme management office and technical teams in discussions with internal and external research partners
