Job summary

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Salary: up to $3,500 per month
Contract duration: 12 months

Job Descriptions:
  • Manage and maintain learning applications and loanable devices to ensure teaching, assessments and learning events run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrators to script, produce and publish lecture videos, interactive eBooks, animations and other multimedia learning materials.
  • Coordinate content publishing and dissemination (webcasts, EDMs, LMS updates), ensuring timely availability of educational resources and administrative information.
  • Pilot and evaluate new AI tools and edtech; create practical guides and deliver training sessions to upskill students, faculty and staff.
  • Produce reports and visualisations from learning and assessment data to surface insights, monitor usage and guide outreach.
  • Participate in organisation-wide initiatives and working groups that improve institutional learning services.
Job Requirements:
  • Only Singaporean.
  • Degree in any related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experiences.
  • Savvy in using Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration/conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Basic video editing (e.g., Camtasia, Panopto Editor).
  • Familiarity with using Articulate 360, Sway, Canva, online marking tools, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics & YouTube Analytics.
