A leading professional association in Singapore seeks a Digital Learning & Content Specialist to support its digital learning initiatives. The successful candidate will curate content, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage platform operations. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and strong organizational skills. This role offers an opportunity to engage with digital platforms and contribute to professional development programs in a dynamic environment.
The Digital Learning & Content Specialist supports ISCA Academy’s digital learning and professional development initiatives, with a focus on content curation, platform operations and stakeholder coordination for subscription platforms such as ISCAccountify and Boardflix.
Support the curation, development and publication of professional development content across digital learning platforms.
Liaise with subject matter experts, trainers and speakers to coordinate content creation, review materials and manage course set-up.
Coordinate with ICT teams on platform launches, feature enhancements, system updates and troubleshooting.
Manage and work with outsourced resources (e.g. video editors, subtitle editors, interns) to meet production timelines and quality standards.
Support platform operations, including handling email enquiries, EDM execution, reporting, and trainers’ fee processing.
Assist with data tracking and dashboards (e.g. Power BI) to support performance monitoring and reporting.
Provide support for ad-hoc Academy events, collaborations and programmes.
MinimumDegree in Business, Accountancy, Communications, Education, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Background or exposure to professional development, education, digital platforms, content coordination or related fields will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in professional development, education, digital platforms, content coordination or related fields will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
Candidates with strong internships or project management experience and a demonstrated learning mindset may also be considered.
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Comfortable communicating and working with different stakeholders (e.g. internal teams, trainers, external vendors).
Interest in digital learning, content-based platforms, or online programmes, with willingness to learn new systems.
Clear written communication skills for basic user communications and internal coordination.
Proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented, with positive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
