Responsibilities

• Handle full digital dental workflow including formats like .ssi, .stl, .dxd.
• Plan implants for full arch cases using Implant Studio and Cerec guide.
• Design full arch Zirconia with All-on-X manufacture and porcelain stacking.
• Maintain and update 3D printing and milling machines independently.
• Produce same-day crowns from design through to external staining.

Job description

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Dental Technician who has at least 5 years of experience as a digital dental technician in an in-house dental lab.

You must be able to work in a team environment, good character and standing will also be looked at, and be willing to upgrade yourself by re-learning workflows that have updated as digital dentistry evolves.

Responsibilities

• full digital dental workflow including handling of .ssi, .stl, .dxd etc
• 2 yrs above experience in implant planning on full arch cases including Implant Studio and Cerec guide
• 1 yr experience in CAD/CAM Manufacture software including 3Shape Dental System, Cerec and InLab
• 2 Yr experience in full arch Zirconia design, with All-on-X Manufacture, staining and porcelain stacking.
• Experience in Lithium Silicate, Lithium Disilicate, 3-5Y Zirconia.
• Experienced in 3D Printing, 4 axis and 5 axis milling and able maintain and update these machines independently.
• Capable of same-day crown from design, manufacturing to external staining.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable based on experience and portfolio must be provided to verify experience.
