JOB DESCRIPTION:
Studio Mojo is a Singapore-based spatial design consultancy specialising in commercial interior design, gallery exhibitions, and interactive digital content for corporate and institutional clients including ST Engineering, Yokogawa, IRAS, and MSS.
We are seeking a Digital Content Producer / Technical Visualizer who can build the digital content inside our galleries and exhibition spaces: touchscreen kiosk apps, large-format screen content, video, and the storyboards and proposal visuals that get those projects won. You'll work alongside our Art Director, who handles physical spatial graphics and environmental design - she leads physical/spatial, you own digital/interactive.
This is an executor-who-can-think role. You receive briefs from the Managing Director and Art Director and deliver production-quality work independently, solving problems as you go.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build interactive kiosk and touchscreen apps for galleries and trade show booths (HTML/CSS/JS, GSAP), running offline on kiosk PCs at large-format and 4K resolutions
- Produce and edit video and motion content for exhibition screens
- Develop storyboards for exhibition, gallery and video projects
- Create technical graphics: system diagrams, data visualisations, infographics, process flows
- Produce proposal and pitch visuals (Art Director available to art-direct)
- Deploy and test content on site at client premises; troubleshoot on install day
- Manage and coordinate external contractors (developers, animators, video producers), ensuring quality and on-time delivery - larger builds may be done with external developers
- Maintain and improve digital content templates and systems
- Support business development through digital storytelling for tenders and pitches
REQUIREMENTS:
- Essential Skills (Priority Order):
- Front-end build capability: HTML/CSS/JavaScript with GSAP or equivalent animation library, for offline kiosk and large-screen deployment
- Video editing and motion graphics (Premiere / After Effects)
- Storyboarding and brief-writing for interactive and video content
- Technical graphics: data visualisation, system diagrams, infographics
- Working-level graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop) - proposal visuals the Art Director can polish
- Experience managing external contractors and ensuring deliverable quality
- Strong problem-solving - takes a brief and executes independently
Technical Requirements:
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Figma and a web platform (Webflow, Framer or similar) advantageous
- Project management tools (Monday.com or equivalent)
- Experience with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT) advantageous
Work Style:
- Executor-who-can-think: you solve problems during execution, not just follow instructions
- Works within brand systems - we have templates; improve them
- Professional under pressure. Exhibitions open on a fixed day.
- Comfortable collaborating with the Art Director on projects with both physical and digital components
- Clear written English
Portfolio Requirements - applicants must submit:
- One interactive kiosk, touchscreen or large-screen project (live, recorded, or a folder we can open locally)
- One digital project (website, prototype or interactive experience) or one video/motion piece
- One technical visualisation (data viz, system diagram, infographic or process flow)
- One proposal or pitch deck (professionally competent; need not be art-direction level)
- Brief notes on how you approached each
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Salary: SGD 4,800 - 5,200/month
- 14 days annual leave plus Singapore public holidays
- CPF contributions as per statutory requirements
- High-value corporate and institutional projects; exposure to exhibitions, galleries, commercial interiors and digital experiences
- Collaborative environment with an experienced design team
EMPLOYMENT TERMS:
- Preferred: 3-month freelance trial (2-3 days per week) before permanent conversion
- Probation: 1 month (direct permanent hire)
- Notice: 2 months after confirmation
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, office-based
