Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and digitally savvy Digital & Campaign Executive to support the organization’s marketing initiatives.

This position involves planning and executing online campaigns, creating engaging digital content, and using AI tools such as ChatGPT to boost marketing productivity. The role reports to the Business Support Unit (BSU) Manager and works closely with the Department Head, General Manager, and Management Team to execute a wide range of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google (SEM), SEO, and Facebook lead generation platforms.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Pro) for content creation, campaign ideation, and automation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to improve conversions and cost efficiency.
  • Create basic marketing visuals and materials using Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Manage the full campaign cycle — from ideation and scheduling to monitoring and reporting.
  • Respond to online enquiries and social media comments related to ongoing campaigns or promotions.
  • Stay current on digital marketing and AI trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Support ad-hoc marketing and customer requests as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
Requirements
