A leading digital marketing firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute comprehensive digital business strategies. This role involves tailoring marketing solutions to client needs, managing a team, and analyzing campaign performance. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and be proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads, along with strong communication skills. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive digital business strategy and overseeing its execution
  • Understanding client needs and pain points to tailor digital marketing solutions that address their specific business goals.
  • Presenting proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of digital marketing services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction with digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.
  • Manage a team and work closely with internal teams (design, content, tech) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Utilize social media, online meetings, and networking events for business expansion.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to demonstrate ROI to clients
Requirements:
  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or business development, preferably with industry connections.
  • Prior experience in managing a team is preferred
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking clients.
