Job description

We are looking for Digital Business Analyst to join one of the government agencies!

• Exciting opportunity to work with a team of professionals to deliver government applications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Agency’s business teams to elicit citizen/business and Agency’s needs through human‑centric and visual methods
• Apply Design Thinking / Service Design methodology and tools to identify current state gaps and challenges, and develop future state design and solutions
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with GovTech’s technology directions (such as cloud‑based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG Tech Stack)
• Identify and adopt the appropriate development and delivery approach (Outsourced, Co‑Sourced or In‑house development)
• Work with fellow Govtechies and Agency's teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria
• Ensure product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations
• Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (Operations Management)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics/project management
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates proven, hands‑on experience working in Agile approach on Product‑centric teams
• Working knowledge of AI tools and concepts
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, facilitation and problem‑solving skills, in particular with application in Discovery sessions and prototyping.
