What you’ll do
- Shape transformation stories translating business challenges into structured strategies, clear recommendations, and compelling narratives.
- Lead client conversations, facilitate workshops, capture insights and turn discussions into visual storylines and decision‑ready decks.
- Design the future‑state map of current journeys, identify friction points and build new blueprints for digital or AI‑powered services.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers and change leads to bring ideas to life through prototypes and pilots.
- Communicate with impact: craft presentations that resonate at CxO level combining visuals, logic and clarity.
Skills & Experiences
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product management or digital transformation roles.
- Experience in AI‑driven transformation, digital strategy or process redesign.
- Strong business analysis and facilitation skills from journey mapping and service blueprinting to agile requirements definition.
- Experience participating in requirements‑gathering process with proven ability to lead client presentations, run workshops and create high‑impact decks (e.g., strategy, business case, transformation roadmap).
- Experience working with or alongside across tech teams (Cloud, AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), framing why it matters.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, confident presenting, and sharp storytelling.
- Strong analytical and problem‑structuring skills to connect data, behavior, and business outcomes.
- Preferred: experience managing client engagements on change management; working within Agile or Waterfall methodologies; tracking with tools like JIRA.
