Job summary

A fintech compliance firm in Singapore is seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance, develop internal policies, and manage audits. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of MAS frameworks and excellent communication skills are essential. This role supports global compliance initiatives across APAC.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of MAS regulatory frameworks (PS Act, FSMA, AML/CFT Guidelines).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance matters for the company’s operations and ensure adherence to MAS regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Manage and improve KYC/KYB processes and transaction monitoring.
• Coordinate internal and external audits for ISO certifications.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
• Support global compliance initiatives across APAC.
