A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Digital Ambassador to assist customers with their digital service needs, including app setup and managing bill plans. • No experience needed; full training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide customers in creating their digital service ID.
• Assist customers in downloading and setting up the mobile application.
• Provide guidance on using the app, including managing bill plans and activating eSIMs.
• Assist with customer plan requests via the app or microsite.
• Help customers navigate and use the microsite effectively.
• Manage and assist with the queue management system for issuing queue numbers.
• Respond to and assist with customer queries or concerns.
• Perform duties according to scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Perform duties according to scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays (off days on weekdays)

• No experience needed, full training will be provided
