Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Administration
  • Coordinate with dharma teachers to develop Dharma, Ritual, and Lifestyle Classes for adult practitioners
  • Liaise with Dharma teachers, guest speakers, volunteers and participants
  • Manage participant registration and provide administrative support to students
  • Manage class logistics such as venue setup, audio-visual support, online platforms, and material preparation.
  • Manage class attendance, post-class feedback, reports and evaluations.
Content & Resource Management
  • Organize and maintain Dharma materials and class resources
  • Archive recordings and past teachings
  • Work with teachers to develop and enhance learning materials
  • Ensure Dharma resources are well-catalogued and accessible
Outreach
  • Promote programs through various communication channels such as the website and social media.
  • Collaborate with the media team to update course content
  • Maintain a participant database for follow-up and engagement
Event & Special Program Support
  • Support Dharma-related events: orientations, temple tours, talks, and retreats
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has strong organizational and communication skills
  • Works well in a team and with volunteers
  • Has a good understanding of Buddhist teachings and practices.
  • Is comfortable with both physical and digital coordination tasks
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, in a Buddhist environment
Work Hours:

This is a part-time position requiring at least 3 days per week, with flexibility to accommodate program schedules.
