The ideal candidate will lead release planning, scheduling, and communication across multiple vendor teams, ensuring seamless deployments and environment stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce applications.
• Lead release planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to align all deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and vendor teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of releases.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment issues.
• Develop and maintain rollback strategies and conduct post‑deployment health checks. Ensure all deployment activities adhere to organizational policies, compliance standards, and Salesforce best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails for deployment operations.
• Oversee the health, integrity, and synchronization of all Salesforce environments. Manage sandbox refreshes and ensure metadata consistency across environments. Monitor environment performance and implement proactive measures to ensure system stability and data integrity.

Required Skills & Tools

• Release Management: Strong understanding of Salesforce release cycles, change sets, and metadata management.
