Job summary

TRITON AI is seeking a DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure in Singapore. The role focuses on AKS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and security-driven operations to support SaaS platforms.

You will participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, maintain databases, monitor systems, and collaborate with software teams to optimize release processes while adhering to governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on Azure management experience.
• Experience with AKS, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native tech.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows systems.
• Certifications in Azure/Kubernetes/Terraform are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support incident response and platform enhancements.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Build, maintain, and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments for containerized applications.
• Manage SQL and MongoDB databases, including backup, performance tuning, and scalability.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Deploy, manage, and monitor Apache Kafka and Kafka Connect environments across SaaS/PaaS platforms.
• Develop automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, and other scripting languages.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system reliability, performance, and proactive alerting.
• Integrate DevSecOps tools to enhance code quality, vulnerability management, and security compliance.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure and deployment processes adhere to security best practices and governance standards.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams to streamline release pipelines, resolve production issues, and continuously improve deployment processes.
• Support operational excellence through incident response, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide support for critical production incidents when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering role, supporting software development teams.
• Hands‑on experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably on Microsoft Azure .
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) , Docker, and containerized application environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern cloud-native technologies.
• Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with .NET, Python, JavaScript, Datadog, Snyk, or Apache Kafka will be considered an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, or cloud technologies are a plus.
