About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and enhance our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure, primarily on AWS. You will be a key player in automating processes and ensuring smooth operations across development and production environments, while mentoring junior engineers.

What You’ll Do & The Impact You’ll Have

• Architect, design, and implement scalable infrastructure solutions on AWS using best practices.
• Lead the automation of infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline .
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance and reliability of cloud-based environments.
• Implement security best practices and ensure that cloud environments are compliant with internal and external standards.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes with scripting in Python, Bash, or other tools.
• Manage and optimize resource utilization and cost in AWS environments.
• Oversee the administration and management of Linux environments in production and development.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a DevOps Engineer role, or similar positions.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Demonstrated expertise in building, managing, and automating CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Advanced scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and tool development.
• Deep understanding of networking, security practices, and monitoring in cloud environments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
