Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an IT operations professional to support deployments, configurations, and environment setups across testing and production platforms. You will coordinate with providers and internal teams to ensure secure connectivity and access, and act as the first contact for incidents to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 3–4 years in IT ops or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and web apps in enterprise or regulated settings.
• Scripting/automation knowledge (Python, Shell, PowerShell) with basic DB/SQL exposure.
• Strong problem-solving ability with good communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop simple scripts or automation to support system integration, operational workflows, or routine tasks where applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, operational procedures, and system configuration records to support audits and knowledge sharing.
