• 6+ years software development; ≥4 years in DevOps roles with latest tech & best practices
• Expert in CI/CD platforms (GitLab, GitHub Actions); automate pipelines with custom runners, quality & security focus
• Proficient across on-prem VMs, cloud-native, containers; advise on app modernization & migration
• Mastery of IaC, config mgmt & observability: Terraform, Octopus Deploy, DataDog, Helm
• Hands-on with major cloud (AWS/Azure); bonus for OpenShift, GCC, multi-cloud, certs & cost optimisation
• Agile dev background; guide teams in DevOps adoption & Internal Developer Platforms/Portals for better DX
